Our community, comprised of 87 wonderful students, is dedicated to embodying our six key principles: Good Character, Tranquil Reading and Health Promotion, Bilingual Internationalism, Environmental Ecology, and Art Aesthetics.

On June 4th, Fuchao Elementary School invited Mr. Hong to teach students how to make taro rice cake as part of their rice education program. During the session, Mr. Hong poured ground rice batter into boiling shredded taro, stirring it until it thickened. Each student then scooped the mixture into a bowl, smoothed it with a tool, and placed it in a steamer to cook. With Mr. Hong's guidance, students learned more about traditional cuisine. By the end, everyone had a deeper appreciation for this cultural dish and enjoyed tasting the delicious and healthy taro rice cake.
在6月4日,芙朝國小邀請洪老師來教授學生製作芋頭粿,這是他們食米教育計劃的一部分。在課程中,洪老師將磨好的米漿倒入沸騰的芋頭絲中,不斷攪拌直至糊化變稠。每位學生接著將混合物舀入碗中,用工具將其抹平,然後放入蒸籠中蒸熟。在洪老師的指導下,學生們學習了更多關於傳統美食的知識。課程結束時,大家對這道文化菜餚有了更深的理解,並享受了美味又健康的芋頭粿。
